Already paid — don’t pay twice

Check a payment that already left your wallet

Paste your transaction hash. We read it straight from the blockchain and show the network, amount, token, and status — then check whether ROZO has a matching record.

What to send support
  • Service / merchant and what is missing
  • Transaction hash
  • Network, token, and exact amount
  • Sent at (include timezone)

Transaction hashes are public on-chain. Send payment links and order IDs only in private support. Never share a seed phrase, private key, wallet backup, exchange password, or account login.

How to check

Transaction confirmed on-chain. Why are my credits still missing?

A blockchain confirmation proves that funds moved, but not that the payment matched your account. Check the address, network, token, exact amount, and payment window. If they all match, the remaining delay may be with the payment processor or AI service.

Find where the payment stopped

  1. 1

    Exchange or wallet

No transaction hash usually means the withdrawal has not been broadcast.

  2. 2

    Blockchain

A pending or failed transaction has not reached the destination.

  3. 3

    Payment match

A confirmed transaction can still fail to match if the address, network, token, exact amount, or payment window differs from the original payment link.

  4. 4

    AI credits

If every payment detail matches, the remaining issue may be merchant crediting or account review.

Common reasons crypto payments get stuck

Compare your transaction with the original payment link before sending another payment.

P2

Wrong token

Paid with native ETH or BNB

Can be lost
ETHUSDC
Typical case

I sent ETH out of habit, but the link only takes USDC.

How to check

Check whether you sent native ETH or BNB instead of the stablecoin the link accepts.

Sent USDT instead of USDC

Can be lost
USDTUSDC
Typical case

I had USDT selected, but the link was waiting on USDC.

How to check

P3

Amount mismatch

Exchange withdrawal arrived short

Usually recoverable
$20.00$19.40
Typical case

I withdrew $20 but only ~$19.40 arrived — short of the total.

How to check

Compare what landed on-chain against the link’s total — the exchange fee may have been deducted.

Off by a few decimals

Usually recoverable
20.120.00
Typical case

My amount was off by a few cents, so it never matched.
