"Funds are there but it won't credit" is almost always the processor completing a charge without the crediting side catching up — not an actual balance problem, and the on-screen error message is often generic and doesn't reflect what your bank actually processed. It's worth calling your bank once to confirm they see a completed charge (not a decline attempt) — that confirms the money genuinely moved.
From there, open a ticket with OpenRouter support (support@openrouter.ai) including the charge reference, exact amount, date, and your account email so they can reconcile the balance on their side. It's also worth checking in an incognito window or different browser in case a stale cached session is showing an out-of-date balance rather than a real shortfall.
This reconciliation is on OpenRouter's side of the system — ROZO cannot see or fix card-based balances, since ROZO's tracing only covers crypto payments made through our checkout. If your top-up went through ROZO Checkout specifically, ROZO Rescue can trace that payment.
