The address ROZO Checkout gives you belongs to one order only. When a transfer arrives there, we compare what arrived with the order amount. If less arrived, the order stays at waiting for payment and its countdown keeps running. The money you already sent is not lost: it is counted towards that order.
To finish the order, send the difference to the same address, on the same chain and in the same coin, before the order expires. You can split it into more than one transfer. Once the total reaches the order amount, the order continues on its own. If the gap is only a few cents, we accept the payment as it is and you do not need to top it up.
After you top up, the order may need a check on our side. That check can take longer than a normal payment. The order page shows the current state, so do not pay the whole amount again.
If the order has already expired, do not send anything more to that address. Contact ROZO support with the Need help? button on this page, include the transaction hash of every transfer you made, and we will find your payment and sort it out with you. If you sent more than the order amount, we check the order before it continues. Do not pay again; contact support with the transaction hash and we will handle the extra amount. ROZO is independent and not affiliated with OpenRouter or Coinbase.
Frequently asked questions
Can I send the difference from a different wallet?
Yes. What matters is the address, the chain and the coin, not which wallet the money comes from. Send it to the same order address, on the same chain and in the same coin, before the order expires.
Could the top-up get lost?
Not if it goes to the same address, on the same chain and in the same coin while the order is still open. A transfer on another chain, in another coin, or after the order expired cannot complete the order automatically. In that case contact support with the transaction hash instead of sending more.
How long does it take after I top up?
If no check is needed, the order usually continues within a few minutes of the transfer confirming on its chain. If it needs a check on our side, that takes longer than a normal payment. The order page shows the current state, so there is no need to pay again.
Why did less arrive than I withdrew from my exchange?
Exchanges take their withdrawal fee out of the amount you enter, so the address receives less than the number you typed. When you withdraw to pay an order, enter the amount to be received, or add the fee on top, so what arrives matches the order.
What if I sent more than the order amount?
We check the order before it continues. Do not pay again. Contact ROZO support with the transaction hash, and we will handle the extra amount.
