"Confirmed on-chain but no credit" on a Solana payment almost always means the transfer landed but the crediting system on the receiving side didn't pick it up — the funds aren't gone, they're unmatched. Before filing a ticket, check on Solscan that the token really is the one checkout asked for (USDC and USDT are different mints, and a checkout expecting one won't auto-credit the other), and that the destination address matches character for character.
Once confirmed, send OpenRouter support (support@openrouter.ai) the transaction signature, the token mint, the amount, the timestamp, and your account email — a signature lets them look the payment up directly instead of going back and forth.
Worth knowing: Solana payment detection has had periods of instability on some third-party checkout integrations, so if this happened recently, mention that context in your ticket. ROZO Rescue can trace a Solana transaction signature or payment ID, check it against known records, and prepare a support packet — it's free and doesn't require a login. ROZO is independent and not affiliated with OpenRouter or Coinbase; it cannot force a credit on OpenRouter's side.
