OpenRouter payment problems, by symptom
Pick the symptom that matches what you are seeing. Each one links to the full answer. Causes listed are things to check, not confirmed diagnoses.
What OpenRouter itself accepts
- OpenRouter states it accepts all major credit cards, AliPay, and cryptocurrency payments in USDC, and says PayPal is not integrated yet.
- OpenRouter states a fee on credit purchases: 5.5% (minimum $0.80) when buying through its card checkout, and 5% for crypto.
- OpenRouter states it reserves the right to expire unused credits one year after purchase.
- Any minimum top-up amount is set by OpenRouter on the payment link it generates. ROZO settles that link, so it cannot lower or bypass the minimum.
- OpenRouter states that credits bought with a card can be refunded within 24 hours of the transaction, and that cryptocurrency purchases are never refundable.

We can help you finish the payment
These are payment problems a crypto payment against an OpenRouter payment link can get past.
Why does OpenRouter keep declining my payment?
If every card keeps failing, paying the OpenRouter payment link with crypto skips the card processor.
I paid but no credits showed up: where is my money?
OpenRouter has no payment method that works for me: what now?
If OpenRouter supports no payment method available to you, crypto against an OpenRouter payment link is the alternative path.
Paid through ROZO Checkout
These are about an order you paid through ROZO Checkout. ROZO support can see these orders and sort them out with you. Do not pay a second time.
I paid but no credits showed up: where is my money?
Do not pay a second time. Trace the payment you already made first.
These need OpenRouter's own support
These are real payment problems, and paying again does not fix any of them. The account, the credit and the refund are OpenRouter's to decide: take these to OpenRouter support or your OpenRouter account settings. We list them because people search for them, not because we can solve them.

Can I get a refund, and how long does it take?
Refund timing and credit expiry are decided by OpenRouter and its processor. Start by checking what state your payment is in.
My account is blocked or restricted: what now?
